Goal: move by February. We rent first and buy later, because we don’t know the neighbourhoods yet.
ThreadPage is a notes app for one person’s projects: each project is a thread, and each time you work on it you add a dated note. You start writing in the browser, with no account and no workspace to set up first, and Import brings your Notion pages across.
See them side by sideYou set up a Notion workspace to plan your move to Lisbon: a database of tasks, a status for each, a page per neighborhood. Three weeks later your decisions are spread across five pages. To find out why you chose the flat in Alfama over the one near the office, you open each page and piece the order together from edit dates.
Open a thread, name the project and write. There’s nothing to design before you begin.
You read the project in the order it happened, and the newest decision is the last note.
Columns shows a few projects next to each other, each with its latest notes, and Waiting tells you which ones wait on someone.
Notion’s MCP server works with your full workspace permissions. With ThreadPage Pro, you give each one a folder or a thread, and each note it adds says which connection added it.
Your workspace starts empty.
Personal
Why, written down the day you decided.

The plan is a checklist in the note.

Alfama: bright, 900 euros a month, third floor without a lift. The flat near the office is bigger, but it faces the motorway.
The choice and its reason, a month before anyone asks.

Decided: Alfama, because we can walk everywhere and the office is 20 minutes away by tram. Next: send the landlord our documents and ask about the cat.

In Notion, export your workspace as HTML. In ThreadPage, open Settings → Import & export → Import notes and choose the ZIP.
Pages with subpages become folders, other pages become threads, and databases become tables; files and links between pages come across. Comments, page icons, covers and database views stay in Notion. The export is read in your browser and never sent to ThreadPage.

Only what you connect. ThreadPage has no AI of its own and does not use your notes to train AI models. With Pro, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Claude Code can read your notes and add to them on your plans with them, or you can ask Claude or GPT in a thread with your own API key.
Yes, in the browser itself: once ThreadPage has opened, you keep writing without internet. On Free, your notes stay in that browser; with Pro, they sync when you’re back online.
No. There are no assignees or due dates. Checklists live inside notes, a thread has a status such as Active, Waiting or Done, and a reminder can bring a thread back on a day you choose.
Yes. With Pro or its 14-day trial, they connect over MCP with a sign-in in the browser, and you choose how much they can do and which folders and threads they reach. With a free account, they can only add notes to your Inbox.
Yes. Free has no time limit and needs no account. Pro adds sync, sharing and connections for USD 7.99 a month or USD 79.99 a year with 5 GB of storage, taxes included, and you can try it free for 14 days without a card.

Free in your browser. No account needed to start.
Before you switch, one line: stopped here, next. When you come back, the thread’s last note says where to start.
Free nothing to set upEach letter, call and photo goes into its thread, and Waiting marks what’s out of your hands. “I sent it on 7 August” is a fact.
