A residence permit and a mortgage, at once

Each letter, call and photo goes into its thread, and Waiting says what you’re waiting for. “I sent it on 2 October” is a fact.

For
Anyone dealing with an office for months.
You keep
One thread per procedure, such as the residence permit and the mortgage.
Nothing to set up
Photos and screenshots, pasted straight in.
The moment
When the office calls, you know what you sent and when. Two years later, the next renewal starts from this one.

Before

A folder of scans, three email threads and “what did she say on the phone last time?”. The office asks for a document you already sent, and you can’t say when. Meanwhile the bank wants the same papers in a different order.

Why a thread, not a folder and your inbox

  1. Every contact has a date

Calls, letters and submissions are notes, in order.

  2. The checklist and the proof together

Tick the document and add its photo in the same note.

  3. Private by default

On Free your notes never leave this browser.

The moment

Two procedures at once, each with where it stands.

Custom connections and API
  • The formal letter, in German

Write what you need in your own language. @translate sends the note to your translation workflow, and the letter comes back as a note.

    In Residence permit renewal

    From @translate11:02

Sehr geehrte Frau Weber, anbei sende ich Ihnen ein aktuelles Passfoto …

    Set it up

    Custom connectionFull workspace accessReceive requests

    1. In Settings → Connections, add a custom connection named translate with Full workspace access and switch on Receive requests.
    2. Connect it to a workflow, for example in n8n, that calls the translation service you already use and posts the answer. ThreadPage holds no keys and runs no model.
    3. On Free, Copy as text gives your assistant the whole thread as text instead, and ThreadPage sends nothing.

  • Images only: photograph the letter or take a screenshot.
