This policy applies to ThreadPage subscriptions purchased through Paddle. ThreadPage is supplied by Nazarii Olehovych Leus, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, trading as ThreadPage, taxpayer identification number 3591414557. Our registered business address is 32 Shkilna Street, Apartment 7, Bershad, Haisynskyi District, Vinnytsia Region, 24400, Ukraine. Contact [email protected] for product or refund assistance.
Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record. The Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy also apply. Mandatory rights and any more favourable applicable protection are preserved.
1. Full-refund windows
First payment: 14 calendar days. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after your first successful ThreadPage Pro payment, without giving a reason or proving a defect. This offer applies worldwide, including to business customers, to both billing options:
| Subscription | Standard payment |
|---|---|
| Pro Monthly | USD 7.99 every month |
| Pro Annual | USD 79.99 every year |
Renewals: 14 calendar days for annual plans, 7 calendar days for monthly plans. You may request a full refund of an automatic annual renewal payment within 14 calendar days after that payment, and of a monthly renewal payment within 7 calendar days after that payment. You do not have to prove that you forgot to cancel or that you did not use the service.
These are additional ThreadPage commitments. A longer or more favourable right under applicable law, Paddle's applicable purchase terms or your earlier purchase remains available. We do not use these renewal windows to shorten a fourteen-day or other right you already have.
Using ThreadPage during either window does not by itself remove the offer. We do not require access to the contents of your Notes to decide an ordinary request. A request sent within the window remains timely if we answer later. If a deadline is genuinely unclear because of time zones, we use the interpretation favourable to you.
An eligible refund covers the amount actually paid for that transaction, including applicable taxes. We do not subtract Paddle's processing fee or charge a cancellation penalty. We also arrange cancellation of future renewals of the refunded subscription and explain the effect on the corresponding paid access.
A first-payment refund window does not restart merely because you create a replacement account, change the billing interval or return after a cancellation. We do not reimburse the same payment twice. We may refuse an additional voluntary offer only for substantiated fraud or a deliberate pattern of refund abuse, not simply because you used the service, complained or requested one legitimate refund. Such cases receive human review, a reason where lawful, and a route to challenge the decision. Mandatory rights are not removed.
2. Requesting and receiving a refund
Email [email protected], use the support link in your Paddle receipt, visit Paddle.net, or use the relevant route on our Billing help page.
Give the purchase email and, if available, the receipt or transaction reference and payment date. A missing receipt does not itself remove your rights. We may request proportionate information needed to identify the transaction, but not your password, complete card details, card security code, unrelated identity documents or Note content.
We acknowledge your request and process eligible refunds without undue delay. Our service target is a substantive reply within two business days; this is not an extension of any legal deadline or a condition for a timely request. When a statutory reimbursement deadline applies, we meet that deadline rather than starting a new clock when we approve the request.
Approved refunds are arranged through Paddle using the original payment method where possible. We do not require store credit or another purchase instead of money you are entitled to receive. The amount is refunded in the transaction currency; your bank's exchange-rate movements or independent charges are outside our control. Bank posting time can differ from the date the refund is issued.
We distinguish a request received, a refund approved and a refund actually issued. A pending request is not represented as a completed refund. You can ask support for its status using the confirmation reference.
3. Cancellation and renewal
Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals and is not automatically a refund of the current period. Use Cancel subscription or Manage subscription in Account → Plan & billing, the link in your Paddle receipt, Paddle support, the website's Billing help route or an unambiguous email to [email protected]. You do not have to give a reason for ordinary cancellation, complete a survey, contact a salesperson or accept another offer first.
Cancel before the next renewal is processed. An email to [email protected] that you send before the renewal time counts as cancelling in time, even if we read it afterwards. We confirm the cancellation and the date Pro ends by email: within 24 hours when you cancel in ThreadPage or in Paddle's customer portal, and within two business days after we receive your email when you cancel by email. If an identifiable request reached us in time but a processing delay caused another renewal charge, we arrange correction of that charge. A request that needs clarification is not treated as proof that the provider has already stopped billing; we keep you informed and preserve the original submission record.
Cancellation normally leaves paid access available until the paid period ends. A refund, reversal or other lawful restriction can affect access covered by that payment. Closing a browser tab, signing out, disabling Sync or disconnecting an assistant does not cancel billing.
When you expressly request account closure, your subscription is cancelled as the section “Cancellation and refunds” of our Terms of Service explains. Content erasure and any refund are separately explained so that the consequences are clear before an irreversible action.
4. Withdrawal rights and defective services
Withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from a ThreadPage Pro purchase without giving any reason. Irish and UK law call this cancelling; everything this section says about withdrawal applies to it. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you buy Pro. Renewing a subscription does not start a new withdrawal period; the renewal refunds in the section “Full-refund windows” apply to renewals, and where the law of your country gives you a new cooling-off period after a renewal, you have that right as well. Consumers elsewhere may have other cooling-off or withdrawal rights; our offer does not limit them.
How to withdraw. Use Withdraw from contract here in Account → Plan & billing, enter your name and the email address for your confirmation, and send your withdrawal with Confirm withdrawal. The button is shown for at least 14 days after your first payment, and a withdrawal you send with it while it is shown is always in time. You can also send an unambiguous statement to [email protected], for example “I withdraw from my ThreadPage Pro purchase”, with your name, purchase email and purchase date, or use another legally valid method; no form is required. Paddle's Refund Policy also offers eligible EU buyers a withdrawal option in Paddle's customer portal during the withdrawal period; open the portal with Manage subscription in Account → Plan & billing or through the link in your Paddle receipt. You have withdrawn in time if you send your statement before the withdrawal period ends. When you use Withdraw from contract here or write to us, we confirm receipt by email, with the content of your statement and the date and time we received it.
What happens next. Your subscription stops renewing. We refund every payment you made for that purchase without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after we learn of your decision, to the payment method you used and without any fee to you. We do not deduct anything for the days you already used Pro, even where the law would allow it. Pro ends when Paddle approves the refund, or at the end of the period you paid for if that comes first. Withdrawing does not delete your Notes or images: you can export them free of charge in a machine-readable format, and we do not use them for any other purpose. When Pro ends, the section “When Pro ends” of our Terms of Service applies.
We do not treat accepting Terms, signing in, activating Sync or ordinary use as a blanket waiver of statutory withdrawal. Whatever you confirm at Paddle's checkout about immediate access, we still refund a ThreadPage Pro withdrawal in full under this section. Any effect of early performance on withdrawal requires the separate information, express request, consent or acknowledgement that the applicable law requires. Our additional full-refund offer remains available on its own terms.

Non-delivery, a material misdescription or a defective service may give you remedies after the first 14 days, including correction, a price reduction, termination or a refund. This policy does not replace those remedies or require you to forfeit a time-sensitive right while waiting for support.
5. Billing errors and other requests
Contact us or Paddle promptly about a duplicate payment, a charge taken after effective cancellation or an apparently unauthorised transaction. Verified errors will be corrected under the applicable rules.
Outside our offer or another applicable right, refunds are not automatic solely because you did not use the service or used less storage or fewer requests than your plan allows. Other requests may be considered individually. This does not restrict mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights.
You retain lawful rights to dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider. Contacting support first may help resolve the issue, but is not a compulsory condition for exercising those rights.
6. Paid access and your Notes
A full refund may end the paid access covered by the refunded payment. A partial refund or tax-only correction does not by itself remove Pro or end the entire subscription. A refund of an earlier period does not cancel a later, separately paid period. A refund does not start the seven-day period that follows a failed renewal.
If a payment is disputed through your bank or card provider (a chargeback), Pro for the period that payment covered ends and the subscription stops renewing, as after a full refund. If the dispute is decided in our favour, we restore Pro until the end of that period; to continue after it, you can subscribe again. Disputing a payment does not delete your Notes or images.
A refund does not instruct us to erase your Notes or images. When the refunded coverage ends, retained cloud content follows the section “When Pro ends” in our Terms of Service. A refund does not shorten a valid retrieval period or remove mandatory rights. Export important material and contact support for help obtaining content you are entitled to retrieve. Retention and erasure follow our Privacy Policy, not an assumption that refunding a payment instantly deletes every copy.
Payments made separately to an AI provider or another third-party service follow that provider’s refund process.
7. Policy versions and existing purchases
The version identified in your purchase record governs the additional ThreadPage refund offer for that purchase. Published previous text is available through Legal updates. A missing internal purchase-version record is not a reason to refuse a customer right: we use the information supplied at purchase and available evidence, and do not substitute a less favourable later policy.
The additional seven-day renewal protection applies to renewal payments made on or after the date it was first published and to earlier renewal payments still within that seven-day window on that date. The fourteen-day annual renewal window applies to annual renewal payments made on or after the date it was first published, including renewals of subscriptions bought under an earlier version. You do not have to accept new contractual obligations to receive these additional protections.
A later policy cannot retrospectively reduce an accrued refund or withdrawal right. Editorial corrections and changes that only increase protection do not require renewed agreement. A future reduction of a contractual protection follows the notice and explicit-agreement rules in our Terms of Service and applies only where lawfully permitted. Updating a policy does not itself authorise a new price or charge. Mandatory consumer rights and more favourable applicable Paddle protections prevail.
