This policy applies to ThreadPage subscriptions purchased through Paddle. ThreadPage is supplied by Nazarii Olehovych Leus, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, trading as ThreadPage, taxpayer identification number 3591414557. Our registered business address is 32 Shkilna Street, Apartment 7, Bershad, Haisynskyi District, Vinnytsia Region, 24400, Ukraine. Contact [email protected] for product or refund assistance.
Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record. The Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy also apply. Mandatory rights and any more favourable applicable protection are preserved.
1. Our 14-day first-payment offer
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after your first successful payment for ThreadPage Pro, without giving a reason or proving a defect. This offer is available worldwide, including to business customers, for all three billing options:
| Subscription | Standard payment |
|---|---|
| Pro Monthly | USD 5.99 every month |
| Pro 6-Month | USD 29.99 every six months |
| Pro Annual | USD 59.99 every year |
Using the service during this period does not remove this additional offer. A request sent before the deadline is timely even if we answer later. If the deadline is genuinely uncertain because of time zones, we use the interpretation favourable to the customer.
For an eligible request, we authorise the full covered initial payment to be refunded through Paddle, including taxes charged on that payment where applicable. We do not subtract Paddle’s processing fee. We also arrange cancellation of future renewals of the refunded subscription.
This is an additional ThreadPage commitment, separate from statutory rights. It does not automatically restart on renewal, a plan change or a returning customer’s new account. Substantiated fraud or repeated abuse may justify refusing this additional offer, but not taking away mandatory rights.
2. Requesting a refund
Email [email protected], use the support link in your Paddle receipt, or visit Paddle.net.
Give the purchase email and, if available, the receipt or transaction reference and payment date. Missing a receipt does not itself remove your rights; we can request proportionate information to identify the purchase. Do not send passwords, complete card details, card security codes or unrelated identity documents.
We arrange approved refunds with Paddle. They are normally returned using the original payment method, subject to its capabilities and applicable law. We do not require store credit or another purchase instead of money you are entitled to receive. Statutory reimbursement deadlines apply where relevant; your bank’s posting time may vary.
3. Cancellation and renewal
Cancellation stops the next renewal; it is not automatically a refund for the current period. Use Manage subscription, the management link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle support. Contact us if those methods are inaccessible.
Cancel before the next renewal is processed. Ordinary cancellation leaves paid access available until the end of the paid period. A refund, reversal or another lawful restriction may affect access associated with that payment.
Closing the application, signing out, disabling Sync, disconnecting an MCP client or removing a shortcut does not cancel billing. If you also want account erasure, tell us separately so the requests can be coordinated.
Our additional first-payment offer does not automatically cover renewals. However, renewal refunds may be available under applicable law, Paddle’s terms, a billing correction or another applicable protection. There is no blanket rule that renewal charges can never be refunded.
4. Withdrawal rights and defective services
Consumers may have cooling-off or withdrawal rights in addition to our offer. Their scope and starting date depend on the law and transaction. Some rights may arise again on renewal. Our first-payment rule does not limit them.
We do not treat accepting Terms, signing in, activating Sync or ordinary use as a blanket waiver of statutory withdrawal. Any effect of early performance on withdrawal requires the separate information, express request, consent or acknowledgement that the applicable law requires. Our additional full-refund offer remains available on its own terms.
For eligible EU purchases, Paddle provides a withdrawal option in its customer portal during the applicable withdrawal period. You can use it or another legally valid method to communicate an unambiguous withdrawal. A particular form is not required. You may write: “I withdraw from my ThreadPage subscription purchase”, followed by your name, purchase email, purchase date and any available receipt reference, and ask for confirmation by email.
Non-delivery, a material misdescription or a defective service may give you remedies after the first 14 days, including correction, a price reduction, termination or a refund. This policy does not replace those remedies or require you to forfeit a time-sensitive right while waiting for support.
5. Billing errors and other requests
Contact us or Paddle promptly about a duplicate payment, a charge taken after effective cancellation or an apparently unauthorised transaction. Verified errors will be corrected under the applicable rules.
Outside our offer or another applicable right, refunds are not automatic solely because you did not use the service or used less storage or fewer requests than your plan allows. Other requests may be considered individually. This does not restrict mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights.
You retain lawful rights to dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider. Contacting support first may help resolve the issue, but is not a compulsory condition for exercising those rights.
6. Paid access and your Notes
A full refund may end the paid access covered by the refunded payment. A partial refund or tax-only correction does not by itself end the entire subscription. A refund of an earlier period does not cancel a later, separately paid period.
A refund does not itself erase local Notes. Cloud availability depends on remaining entitlements and limits. Export important material and contact support for help obtaining content you are entitled to retrieve. Retention and erasure follow our Privacy Policy, not an assumption that refunding a payment instantly deletes every copy.
Payments made separately to an AI provider or another third-party service follow that provider’s refund process.
7. Policy versions and existing purchases
The version of this Refund Policy identified in your purchase record governs the additional ThreadPage refund offer for that purchase. Published previous versions are available through Legal updates. A later update does not retrospectively reduce an accrued refund or withdrawal right.
Editorial corrections and changes that only increase protection do not require renewed agreement. A proposed change that reduces an existing contractual protection will be notified and handled under the change procedure in our Terms of Service, with any further agreement required by law. Updating this policy or accepting general Terms does not by itself authorise a price change or a new payment. Mandatory consumer rights and Paddle’s applicable buyer protections continue to take priority.
